We upgraded to Zoom v7 for Mac last week. ftp worked for awhile but no won't upload due to login error. When I check the ftp tab in Zoom I find that both my password and remote path have been corrupted. The password is not only 3 characters long (rather than the usual 10 character/symbol one we use) and the path shows Qf@g rather than public_html/zoom
When I re-entered the correct information, switch tabs and go back to the ftp tab the correct info has reverted back to what I described above.
The other settings remain the same: ftp.sitedomain.com, port 21, Use PASV mode. Again, this worked a few times and then this happened. One other thing, when I'm entering the ftp info the field boxes flicker in a slow pulse rhythm and with each keystroke.
I'm running an iMac with system 10.8.5
Thank you!
