  • Jump to match not working.

I just Subscribed for zoom professional version and have followed all the steps can seem to get the jump to highlight to work on my html page. The matched term highlights but it doesn't jump.

    The software isn't subscription based.

Can you post a link to the page in question, so that we can take a look at it.

I have thousands of pages with this same structure. If I can get the Jump to match to work on this page it will work on the others. If there's anything that needs to be removed for the code to work please remove it or bring to my notice.

Another question I have concerning the Highlight and Jump to match is

When for instance I search for eg "meaning of a word" on my site and enable the highlight and Jump to match function when I open the document it highlights Evey instance of the words "of", "a" which can appear many times in the he document. Is there a way I can make it highlight inside the document only the words "meaning of a word"

          And the search results say

In the sample above, I don't see the required link to the "highlight.js" script nor the other necessary changes as described here:
            https://www.zoomsearchengine.com/zoo...highlight.html

There is a Troubleshooting page linked there. When you have applied all the required changes and it still doesn't work, you can debug further by creating a test page and removing different elements of the page, and repeating the test at each stage until you've narrowed down the source of conflict. For example, it could be another JS that is executed on your page (say the responsivevoice script). Or it could be a problem with your DOM (Document Object Model), i.e. the HTML of your page may not be valid and there are missing close tags or similar.
