I'm having trouble with Zoomsearch 7.1 crashing while indexing. When I perform the same identical index with Zoomsearch 6, I don't have this trouble. Is anyone else having this trouble? Here is the error message screenshot:

Can you send us your index log? ("File"->"Save index log to file")
There are many possible reasons for this. The index log tab would better indicate the nature of the problem, e.g. if it's trying to index a particular problematic file, or running out of memory, etc. V7 indexes more than V6 so it's possible that the problem was simply not encountered before.
If you can email us with the relevant information (your index log as well as your .zcfg configuration file), and we can take a closer look. -
