Is it possible to use V7 with OneNote

We haven't done any testing with OneNote, so it would be surprising if it just worked with anything expect the indexing of the file name. -
Microsoft has made the .one file format specifications publicly available here.
As noted above however, we have not added any support for the OneNote .one format at this point. Though we may revisit if there is enough user demand. You are, at this moment, the only person to have enquired about it so far.
In the future, we also hope to add a plugin interface for end users to provide their own plugins to handle unsupported file formats.Comment
