Hello - using the OS X desktop version and keep experiencing an incomplete index - stops with Exit Code: 6. Is there a list of possible exit codes and related troubleshooting?

Turn on debug mode index logging (under "Configure"->"Index log") and specify a file name and path to save the log to. So you can then see if there's any error message or what file it was up to when indexing. Send us this log file.
Exit code 6 should really only be related to statistics/report so that's a bit unusual if it's happening during indexing as you say.
