Cannot index in Spider mode.Could not download file (Invalid URL or domain name)

I cannot index in spider mode. I'm trying to index the following link: http://pe.usps.com/text . I even tried public URLS and same error.

I am connected from work on a secure internet connection and I am on a proxy server. IE is setup with the proxy server and I can connect to the internet. I disabled windows firewall. I'm not sure what else to do. Please advise.

We tested indexing from that URL with out problems.

Make sure you have the latest build (from here) and make sure to specify your proxy server under "Configure"->"Spider options"->"Use proxy server".

Zoom no longer uses the IE proxy server settings since V7.

I specified the proxy server under configuration and it worked.
