FTP upload error

I got the above error while trying to upload files to the FTP server (local network) via the Search Engine.
I could access and upload files to the FTP server via FileZilla or just using the windows file browser, but no luck with the Search Engine.

What could be the reason(s)?

Check your firewall settings. Perhaps your firewall is allowing FileZilla and Explorer to access those ports, but it has no rule to allow ZoomIndexer.exe to do so.

Other possibilities are to do with the permissions of the user account you are logging in with and the folder you are uploading to. Make sure this all matches the details you are using with FileZilla.
