  • E-Commerce Prestashop - product pages are not indexed

We need your help please! Many thanks in advance!

We are quite new to zoom search and bought the enterprise license two days ago. With our B2B website, based on Wordpress, everything is fine.
In comparison, together with our B2C website, we discover that our product-Id pages are not indexed at all.
    Some more information:
    1. Windows version 7.1 (and tested as well V8 beta 3)
    2. E-commerce php based webshop "Prestashop" V1.7.2
    3. starting point https://www.docda.de/index.php
    4. base url: https://www.docda.de
    5. url rewrite active
    6. some skip options activated (e.g. empty categoeries); configuration file is attached (rename txt to zcfg) and used both for V7.1 and the test with V8
    7. excerpt of log file is attached (error message - see below - is comparable to thousand others within the final log file)

As an example, the follwowing error message is produced either with V7.1 and V8: https://www.docda.de/de/displayschut...ttribute=94582 (Internal server error)

As soon as you copy the url into your browser: https://www.docda.de/de/displayschut...ttribute=94582 the webpage loads without any error. In general, https://www.docda.de is up and running without any problems. None of the product pages are indexed!

We have tried more than 24 hours of spidering the website with different configurations. Everytime we get this error message. The final product-ID, the product itself, is not indexed, but only spidered.
    Could you please help!

BTW: My first post - I'm not allowed to upload the mentioned attachments (log-files) which would assist in possibly finding a solution...

    Many thanks

    Hi Alexander,

We responded to your email ticket regarding this issue. Please check your email inbox or spam box if you did not receive this.

In short, for any one else with this issue, the problem is likely to be that the CMS is prevent rapid requests being made and you can avoid this by using the Spider Throttling option.
