Error: Core engine has terminated with exit code: 11

I'm using Zoom Search Engine for Mac Professional Edition indexing a large website of maybe 20,000 pages or so. When indexing the website, things work fine up until a certain point and then it stops with this message:

Error: Core engine has terminated with exit code: 11

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

11 is an unexpected exit code. Can you double check this is not a typo (e.g. it was meant to be 10)

If you have confirmed this is correct, please proceed with the following to produce a debug log.

Enable index logging to file via "Configure"->"Index log"

Check the option to "Save index to log file" and specify a file path and name.

Also check "Debug mode".

Save your configuration, re-index again, and reproduce the crash error.

Send us the resultant log file via e-mail (see "Contact Us" page) along with your .zcfg configuration file.
