hi! i m new here. I have created a case and added a 300 mb to the case as a device. The "Create Index" function provides me the opportunity to index the image. However, when doing so only 22 files were indexed. what can i do? whtx.

Did you mean to post in the OSForensics forum here instead?
Zoom is a separate product but a custom version of it is part of OSForensics.
Nonetheless, regarding your problem -- you should click on the "Open Log..." button at the end of indexing. This will show you what happened, and if there was any errors encountered, or a configuration that you weren't expecting. For example, if your folder contains many image files, but you did not enable Images to be indexed on Step 1.
