Check that the search.cgi file is being handled as a binary executable, your web server may be configured to handle all CGI files as Perl scripts. The Zoom CGI search application however is NOT a Perl script, but a binary executable.

Problems after switching servers
Hi,
I'm a webhost and one of my clients uses this zoom thing, V6 and the CGI version.
I moved him to a newer server and his script doesn't work, gives a 500 error. He says he is using Zoom Indexer version 6.0 pro. The file is encrypted so I can't even see what it is trying to do. It worked just fine on my other server.
What details do you need to diagnose?
Jim
