Problems with language (persian,farsi)

I have some html files in Persian language

However the Persian language does not support search form and template

and my language setting

.
What is this error for?

The warning at the end means that the charset specified in your search_template.html file does not match your encoding setting.

In your template file, check for this HTML tag:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

Make sure it specifies UTF-8 as above. Note that this is the template file in your Output Directory (as specified in your "Start options").

Re-upload and see if this fixes the problem.
