Some accented words not found in results

Hello and happy new year !

I test your product and I have some problems with accented words.
Some ones return results, others not but all are in zoom_dictionary.zdat
What can explain this?

Here is my test page : http://www.nous.fr/search/
For example, on contact page : Prénom is indexed, Civilité isn't

Other example, I have the word "Jonquières" in my website
jonquières return 0 result !!!
jonquièr return 1 result
jonquière return 0 result
jonquièrs return 1 result
I don't understand why :/

Our script seems to be hidden or wrapped in your own script.
Which scripting option are you using and what is the direct link to our script?

It's a .NET website. I'm using ZoomASPX.dll
I work with Enterprise Edition ( Build 1028 )
On search_template.html file, I only have :

I don't know where I can found scripting options. So I don't know if I answer your question ... :/

I had a go at reproducing the problem today, but couldn't reproduce then problem with your site when I made my own set of index files.

What settings are you using in the Zoom languages configuration window?

It looks like a combination of settings is provoking a bug.

If you have
A) Disabled accent / diacritic insensitivity
AND
B) Select French language stemming

Then you can get this bad behaviour with these accented words.

So we'll need to fix it. But in the meantime you might want to either re-enable accent / diacritic insensitivity, or turn off the French stemming. Both can be done from the languages configuration window in Zoom. You'll need to re-index after making this change.
