Links are not working for Doc-to-Help documents

After Indexing, When I type phrase it does produce the result. But when I click on the result, it says Internet Explorer cannot display the page. It is happening like his only when i index Doc-to-Help documents, when i index any other documents, it works fine. Please let me know why is it happening.

is the path to the file correct? what file extension are they?

Presume you're indexing in Offline Mode. Your Base URL is most likely incorrect. This is what's used to create the link to the file found.

Check your paths as suggested above. See what the links are for the actual search results, and whether they are correct or not (we don't know what's on your hdd). Refer to the Help file on base URL and make sure you have the correct base specified.
