The "+" character should not appear in a URL unescaped. Can you rename the files to not use "+" in the filename?

Not sure what you mean by, "the server engine don't link the file like php or javascript do". So are you saying it works with PHP and JavaScript? Then what is "the server engine" using? CGI?

Might be an english issue, but we really can't understand that sentence.
