Export Excel Recommended Sites

I still can't get, after many weeks of trying, an excel sheet to export correct to import into recommended sites/listing. Is anyone able to do this and if so, can you tell me how.

You need to change the regional settings. New versions of Windows and Office have made it harder than in the past.

I have it figure out now and for any one else who hits the same wall as I did. The issue of the | line is not in excel, it in your computer's regional settings.
