PDF's in I Frame window

Does anyone know how to make PDF's open in an Iframe window?

When I open text, html or swf files from the results page they all open in my target Iframe window.
When I open a pdf from the results page they open in a new browser tab.

My seach page and results page both open in the Iframe window and I thought any links from within that window would open there as well but not so with my pdf's.
I'm using the CD/DVD javascript option to seach 100's [soon to be 1000's] of pdf's.
Everything works fine but the pdf's are not opening in the Iframe.

Uncheck the option under, "Configure"->"Scan options"->"Open all plugin file formats (e.g. PDF, DOC, etc.) in a new window".

Then it will behave the same as your normal results, which you presumably configured under "Configure"->"Search Page"->"Results linking" to open in a named frame.
