Help with thumbnails not displaying

Hi. I can not get my thumbnails to appear. I have set zoom up to look for my thumbnails in my html/thumbnails folder. I have thumbs in there with the page name I want the image associated with. eg: I search for caterpillar, results show various pages including caterpillar. I have a file in the thumbnails folder "caterpillarth.jpg". It does not show and the image info on placeholder suggests it is text/html I have also tried files in the format such as "caterpillar.th.jpg" , telling zoom to search for ".th" after the file name, re-indexing and uploading with any changes I make but search results still suggest it is looking for "caterpillarth.jpg", which is there. I have downloaded and installed the latest image plug-in.

I think you called us and David sorted it out? I believe he said your folder path or the location of your thumbnail files was wrong. Let us know if you still have trouble.
