Just purchased Zoom Pro - redirect to blank page - NO DOWNLOAD ??

    Purchased Zoom Professional Edition about two hours ago

    After payment, re-directed to a BLANK PAGE.
    PayPal receipt received from someone called 'Plimus' (I've purchased from Wrensoft not Plimus ??? - getting a bad feeling about this)

    This was supposed to be an instant download but, after two hours, still no email or contact from Wrensoft, or anybody, or a download link.

    Emailed Wrensoft and Plimus (whoever they are) but no response from either.

    Really getting a bad feeling about this.
    * Why say 'instant download' if it isn't??
    * If it is 'instant download' and I've paid and got the receipt (TWO HOURS ago) then where is the download link???

    What's going on here??

    We've responded to your e-mails, so check there for further information.

    Plimus is our online sales processor, so there is no cause for concern here. We may move to doing our own card processing in the future, but for the moment we use Plimus. They handle the online payment process (for purchases on our website (credit card transactions, paypal, bank cheques, etc.) and this is explained on our Sales page: "We use Plimus to handle our electronic purchases". Note also, "After purchase, your license information will be e-mailed to you within 12 to 24 hours. If you have any questions or wish to check the status of your purchase, please mail us at..."

    Having said that, we may need to emphasize and elaborate on this, perhaps in a more eye-catching font or colour, to avoid it being missed by customers skimming the page.

    The software can be downloaded from our website at any time. It is the big green "Free download" button on the main product page (and on the sidebar on every subsequent page titled "Download Zoom").

    There is only one software download: the various editions are implemented when you enter in the license key that is e-mailed out to you.

    The license key is typically sent out immediately after the payment is cleared. It may be possible that Plimus is having problems with your PayPal transfer however (your email mentioned that you had a failed attempt). In which case, this may take longer. We are now following up the order with Plimus to find out what has happened and will get back to you as soon as possible.

    You should also make sure to check your Spam folder in your email client. It is possible for some email clients to mistakingly filter out the license key email as spam.
