Log File,cannot scroll

Just purchased, installed and performed our first index (4,000+ pages) with the PRO version.

I've filtered the log to display "warnings" (but doesn't matter).
The display will not scroll (only displays the current records).

Ideas anyone?

When you say it doesn't scroll, does that mean:
a) The scroll bar cannot be clicked and dragged
b) The up/down buttons on the scroll bar cannot be clicked on
c) Clicking on the Index log window, pressing the "Up" and "Down" cursor keys on your keyboard does not move the window
d) Pressing "Page Up" and "Page down" on your keyboard has no effect
e) All of the above

Note also that the scroll window is only scrollable when there is more than one screenful of text to show (i.e. there is actually something to scroll).

Or do you just mean there is not enough messages appearing? A screenshot may help your description. You can e-mail us if necessary.
