Zoom 6 top page listings

Hello all,

Can we add a particular keyword to the latest published docs and make them appear on top of the search list and irrelevant reports to be checked out by some means?

You can increase the weighting of the new page through a number of means. This includes the ZOOMPAGEBOOST tag, the boosting and addition of meta keywords, or the use of Recommended Links. See this page for more information:

You can also decrease the weighting of certain pages through similar means. You could also remove them from the index all together by either adding them to the Skip Pages list (and re-indexing) or using the Incremental Delete Page option.
