Search results only display terms that start with an "A"

Hello,

I am using Version 6 in conjunction with Help and Manual 6 . The intranet site I help with was running fine until we updated one page from a brand new computer (meaning one that had not run any indexing software before). I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Indexer to see if that would help.

Whenever a user tries to use the search function the only results available start with an A.

For example, "Add a...., Adding a...etc."

How can I fix this?

Is this available online? Difficult to comment from your description alone.

V6 is no longer supported, but if you were a registered user in the past, email us your index files (zipped) and we can take a look.
