Can I use mouse on event on result page

can show new windows and the windows width 800 high 600

I presume you mean when the mouse hovers over the link, and not after clicking on the link.

That would not be a simple feature and require alot of additional scripting (and complications to implement on any given site). There are many scripts online that offer something like this, try googling for "link preview". While trying to integrate something like this into the search results is possible, it would require a fair amount of development experience and/or familiarity with scripting.
