First, you should confirm if you have really deleted all corrupted files. Look in your log and see what is the FIRST occurrence of "plugin exceeded execution timeout" error message. What file triggers this? Is this file corrupted? Can you provide us with a copy of this file?
It would also help if you provide us with the new log file from after having removed all the corrupted files.
As mentioned before, we do not get errors indexing files such as "LIASSE.TIF", so there must be some other problemmatic files you haven't provided us with that is triggering this scenario. Note also that it is natural for the file "LIASSE.TIF" to trigger a warning about not containing any meta information (but not an error).
