meta keywords not coming up in searches

I have this working with some and not with others here

A search for stanage should show the thumb of this image

stanage is in the keywords But the thumb is not found

It is found and displayed.
It just wasn't on the first page of results.

If you do this search
http://www.peaktorial.co.uk/Wrensoft/Zoom%20Search%20Engine%20Indexer/search.asp?zoom_query=stanage&zoom_page=1&zoom_per _page=100&zoom_and=1&zoom_sort=0
which displays up to 100 results per page, then you can see the result and it's thumb.

I think you got confused becuase you are only displaying thumbs in the search results (not any text). But results that do not yet have thumbs still take up places in the search results.

ready made templates

Yes that was it. Could do with a ready made template for search results, is there any resources. I am not very good with editing css but if I could download something close to what will suit my website I may be able to make some small modifications instead of having to constuct a template from the very beginning.

See this previous post for some example CSS on making a thumbnail/image only search results page. Note that the same problem is evident when you are also indexing pages which do not have any thumbnail associated.
