    Dreamweaver CS3 / highlight.js / Losing Hair

    Instructions are simple enough.

For the life of me I cannot get the highlight.js to work.
I would like for the user to have the search word highlighted on the
    jump.

Do I need to copy/paste the code in the highlight.js into each page I have?
Is there anyone with step by step instructions?

    The instructions are here:
    http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/support/highlighting.html

Though it might not help with the hair loss problem.

Let us know if you still have trouble.

I used the directions in your suggest link...I failed.

I think it may have something to do with the highlight.js file.
I am using Dreamweaver. I found a member that was having the
same problem that I am having. Went to there webpage and
"view source" copied there code, pasted in mine...still did not work.

I think this is a great feature...how do I need to work the highlight.js file?

Can you give us a URL to the page in question? We can take a quick look and see if we notice any obvious mistakes.

There is also a troubleshooting page here. Basically, if you have other JavaScripts on the same page, then it can be harder to work out what's wrong.

Also make sure you are using the V6 script and not the V5 script.

That page requires authentication (login and password), which we do not have. So we can't access it.
