Feture request / Yahoo select suggestions

Yahoo.com has a nice feature, during enter your search term you can select some suggestions.
Is this feature available?

In short, it is a more costly feature to host than most people realize. You are unlikely to have the hosting requirements (due to the increased traffic use and server load) for something like this unless you are on a dedicated server.
