Indexing Files not hyperlinked

Is it possible to have a folder in my website with pdf files that are not linked to any page and still have the pdf files indexed for my search?

Yes, you can index them in offline mode.
Or you can turn on directory listings on your server and then index the whole folder.
Or use a directory listing script.
Or create a HTML file with links to all the files, but then don't make any public links to the HTML file.

Or, if you must use spider mode, you could simply add each PDF file as an additional start point (by clicking on the "More" button).
