why can't i display text when looking at pdf documents?

Hello guys. We (my company) just bought a pro version of zoom

We are analyzing a database of .pdf documets. I would like to display the surrounding text for the matches, but it does not show up. I don't even have the option to add this feature.

To Clarify: under "Results Layout" in the configuration menu, "context description" is not checked, and I do not have the ability to check it (it is grayed out)



Any ideas?

clarification

to further explain: I saw the post on highlighting inside a pdf. That isn't specifically what i'm asking. My question is in regards to the search results posts, and why no text from the pdf document appears below the document name

Context description does not exist in the Javascript version. I presume this is what you are using.

Javascript is a very limited scripting platform and it has too little memory to perform such functions effectively. If you wish to use context description, we would recommend using either the PHP, ASP or CGI versions.
