Feature request - jump to last page

On my sites I index a large number of messages and some retrievals get back a lot of pages, even at 100 items per page. Normally we want to see the latest message and the sort by date works well. However, sometimes we want to see the first such message and then it is difficult to step through the screens to get to the end. Can you add a Last to the list of pages to jump to?

This is something we can consider, but you're the first to ask for it at this point. If others are interested, let us know.

To clarify, I think the feature requested is for a link to the last page of results, like so:

Result pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ... Last Next >>

That is exactly what I would like. In order to minimize the number of pages, we choose 100 per page. Then to get to the next page, we have to scroll to the bottom. A less elegant, partial solution would be to put the jump to page information also at the top of each page to the right of the number of pages found.
