Zoom stops running

I have just updated to Version 4.2.1008 and 3 times now zoomsearch has ceased running during the process. I have turned off the power saving function for the monitor but this does not help. Looking at the generated files shows zoom_pagetext.tmp holding 836 kb whereas zoom_tites.txt, zoom_pages.txt and zoom_descriptions.txt hold 0 kb

Any suggestions

Can you E-Mail us your Zoom config file.

If you can keep the entire log, that would also be good. See this previous post.

We have just fixed a crash bug that was introduced in build 4.2.1008. The fix is now available in our latest release (build 4.2.1009) which you can now download from here:
http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/whatsnew.html

Let us know if you continue to have problems with the latest build.
