Enable accent/diacritic/ligature insensitivity doesn't seem to work quite correctly in handling character "č" of Slovak alphabet. Do you know how to improve this?

Since the "diacritic insensitivity" feature is designed to be used for a number of different languages, we could not add support for the c-caron ("č") character here due to the way it conflicts with some of the other character sets. This would most likely require a separate feature all together. We currently do not have plans to add this feature in the immediate future. If others find this important, drop us a note.
