  • & encoding problem

I use the latest Zoom version (4.2.1004) with Unicode encoding.
Zoom converts all the & entities found in the website's pages to the simple, not encoded, ampersand character (&) so when I try to validate the result page as XHTML Strict I get errors.
I didn't find any option to enforce character encoding or something similar...
It's a bug or is there a way to solve it?
    Thanks in advance,
    Joe
P.S.: I also try to select Ampersand in the "indexing word" option.

Zoom is currently designed to validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

The use of an unencoded ampersand is valid for this doctype. However, we do plan to encode such characters using HTML entities in V5.0.
