duplications in search results

Can you tell me how to avoid getting all three of these results. I would prefer that only one copy show up in the results.

You can try enabling "CRC-32 duplicate page detection" in the Zoom Configuration window (under the "Scan Options" tab).

Alternatively, if you are using Spider Mode in Zoom, make sure you link to your pages in a consistent manner. The spider relies on following the links that it finds as it scans your webpages. It is most likely that you have links to the above 3 URLs you mentioned, scattered throughout your site. If you correct your pages to use the same URL for links to the same page, then this problem would not occur.
