  • Highlights only One word

I am working on a DVD-based project using Javascript search method. Highlighting is working... but-

If I enter ONE word in the search field, the word is highlighted in the Search Results page AND the Final page.

If I enter TWO words in the search field, BOTH words are highlighted in the Search Results page, but NOTHING (no words) are highlighted in the Final page.

Results are the same whether I click ANY Search Words OR ALL Search words Radio Button on the Search Page (form).

    Anybody seen this happen?

First, make sure you are using the latest version of Zoom (and the latest "highlight.js" file included). Check and download the latest build here:
    http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/whatsnew.html

Second, make sure there are no other Javascripts on the same page. Multiple Javascripts on the same page could conflict with each other and the consequences are hard to determine without fully understanding both scripts.

Third, if possible, zip up and e-mail the relevant files so that we can reproduce this problem and take a closer look at what the problem may be. You can find our support e-mail address on this page:

      Highlights only one line

I downloaded 4.2, copied the new files, checked all my code and now it works - even with some other (very simple) Javascript code in the page.

      Thanks.
