    Automatically generating reports

How can u set up zoom so that a LIVE online site has a webpage so that whenever we broswe to that page we can see the latest statistics of searches, keywrods used etc.

I looked at the help (the scheduler) but how would we get this to work on a webserver where we are hosting unless it is on own dedicated server?

    Cheers

You can setup ZoomIndexer on the web server and schedule it to generate statistics, and write the files out to a web hosted folder. This is usually only possible if it is a dedicated server which you maintain/run yourself.

Alternatively, you can schedule the statistics to be generated on your local computer, and use a third party FTP program which can be scheduled to upload the report files to your web server on a regular basis.

We do have plans to add a feature in Zoom to automatically upload the statistic report files after they are generated. This would allow you to schedule regular statistic updates and host them on your web server without manual intervention. This feature is currently being considered for V5.0.
