If you could post a link to your search page that can help us to see the problem.

But without any additional information I would guess that maybe you have entered in something wrong for the "Link back URL" on the advanced tab of the Zoom configuration window. For most users this can be left blank (the default).

As David suggested, it would appear that your "Link back URL" setting is misconfigured. Check the Advanced tab of your Configuration window. It looks like you've set your link back URL to "http://calibrehr/new/search/search.php". You can usually leave this blank unless you have some other special use (eg. embedding the search page within another PHP page - in which case, fix up the URL - note that it is missing the ".com" in your domain).

It also appears that you may have modified the search script (since "?x=0&y=0" are not parameters of Zoom). It is possible that you have broken functionality with your modifications. Undo your changes or revert back to the default script, and let us know if you continue to have problems.

We guessed this from the extra parameters you supplied in the URL to your search page: "http://calibrehr.com/new/search/search.php?x=0&y=0&zoom_query=calibre"

These parameters are not supported in Zoom, so we presume you may have modified the script to handle them. If not, then the additional parameters would do absolutely nothing. Note that the nature of server-side scripts make it impossible for us to determine the content of the script without FTP access, so these sorts of things act as warning signs that something else may be causing the problem. If you have not modified the script, then simply note that those extra parameters would not do anything and are not needed to access your search page. It can be simply:
            http://calibrehr.com/new/search/sear..._query=calibre
            --Ray
