Error when indexing - Access violation at 0x00410B40

Hello,

When I try to run the indexing I get this error: Access violation at 0x00410B40 (tried to read from 0x0000000A), program terminated. It does not matter if I use the ASP or CGI it runs for awhile then the error pops up.

Zoom is running on a Windows 2003 sp2.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We no longer support V4, and it is highly likely that this crash issue has already been corrected in V5, or V6 of the software.

Are you using the final V4 release, V4.2 build 1013?

Can you try and reproduce the problem in V6.

No we are using v4.2 build 1011.
