results page without the search

I have my own custom search form and below(on same page) i put the results tag <!--zoomsearch-->
when it returns it has my custom form and the zoom default form.. where or how can i get it to stop putting the default form in?

Select "Do not generate" for the search form on the "search page" tab of the configuration window.

We do not recommend modifying the settings file directly. Please note the comments at the top of this file that warn against this. Other values in the settings file needs to be updated per indexing session. If you keep your modified settings file across different indexing sessions, the search script may behave unexpectedly.

As suggested above, the proper way to do this is to change the setting in the Configuration window, save your configuration, and re-index.
