    I don't understand what this is, please xplain? Why are the different versions differing in this value.

    Hi Doug,

    It refers to the biggest individual file that can be indexed. That is, a "Max filesize limit" of 1 MB means that files larger than 1 MB in size will not be indexed and will be skipped over.

    Note however, that in the case of web pages, this only refers to the size of the HTML file itself (which is only text, and usually much less than 1 MB in size). But if you were indexing MP3 files, PDF, or PPT files, then they are quite often larger than 1 MB, and being able to specify your own limit (as you can in the Professional and Enterprise Edition) would be of help.
