I think I have found a small bug. Here is the situation:
I set up a new configuration and choose to have a custom image display next to a particular file type (.pdf, for example).
I save the configuration.
I go back and change the setting from "Display icon for all files:" to "No image displayed next to result" and Click "OK".
Anytime I go back to the "Image option" list, it will always default to "No image displayed". Under no circumstances can I change it back to a custom image at that point.
