User option for disabling synonyms searching?

Hi. When synonyms are included in a Zoom site index, is there any way for the user to block synonym searching for a particular search? For example, our site contains a few synonyms, and we're creating an advanced search form for the site. We'd like to have a checkbox on the form that allows the user to choose whether or not to include synonyms in the search. Is this possible with Zoom?

Sorry, there is no way to disable synonym searching on the fly. If you have enabled them during indexing, they will always be available for searching, until you disable them in your next re-index.
