Most layouts can be achieved by customizing the the search results appearance via CSS. Please see this FAQ:
Q. How do I customize the appearance of my search results with CSS?

There is a more comprehensive list of CSS classes in the Users Guide.

It may need a bit more creativity with moving the search time line, but it is defined by ".searchtime", which could be positioned as any div element. If you look online for CSS tutorials on positioning, you will find much information.
