Runtime Error R6002 Floating point not loaded!!!

Hi guys, im trying to index my web pages but everytime i do, this error message keeps on appearing. I dont understand how to fix it. I tried reinstalling Zoom Search several times ut it still comes up with the same thing.

At exactly what point does the error appear. When you start the Zoom software, or when you start indexing, or some way into the indexing?

What type of CPU do you have in this machine? You can get this error on very old CPUs like the 80386 that didn't have a floating point co-processor (80387) chip on the motherboard.

Also maybe the software on your machine is corrupt (via a Virus or bad hack). Can you download a clean copy from our web site.

Ok, this is exactly what happens...

1. I select my method of indexing
2. I enter my website address
3. I select the file types to scan
4. I select teh scripting format
5. I select the target OS
6. I select the folder for the files to be saved
7. I select 'Start indexing immediately when i click Finish'

As soon as i click the finish button, the error message keeps on appearing.
I dont know if its the copy of the software since i got it off a friend. I will
try downloading a fresh copy of this site and see if it helps.

Oh n my laptop is quite new so i dont think thats the problem.
Its a Sony VAIO

CPU: Intel Pentium M 760, 2GHz
Memory: 1GB
OS: Windows XP Professional

If you got the software off a friend, I would definitely recommend your first course of action to be downloading a new copy from our website.

It is possible that your friend's computer has a virus and the copy you got has been corrupted. You should also make sure you have up-to-date virus protection and scan your own computer for viruses, as it may now be infected by you running software from your friend.
