    Automatic Report Generation...

    Hi,
I am trying to use the -R option for zoomindexer.exe, but I am getting an error message...

    - Config file loaded: C:\Program Files\Zoom Search Engine 5.0\zoom.zcfg
    - Running in auto report generator mode
    - Please enter a http:// address of a log file or select a local log file

I can't find where to store this entry in the ZCFG file.

When I generate the reports manually, I have to enter the log file name in everytime and select the options I want to show. This works, but I want this automated.

    Thanks

You need to save your configuration after you have successfully generated a report (with a valid log filename/path). Then your report generation settings will be saved. If you enter a log filename/URL, but you do not actually generate a report using it, then it will not be saved.

Once you have successfully saved your log filepath in your ZCFG file so that it is remembered each time you load the configuration, you should find that your -R option will work.
