I am producing a small website that will be running off of a cd using the javascript search. does the free license allow for commercial ditribution of the cd? (the cd contains information on our product lines and a part of our marketing)

As long as you do not need to search more than 50 pages, and you do not need to search PDF, DOC, RTF, etc. documents, you can use the Free Edition of Zoom to create search pages for your commercially distributed CDs.
