Possible to combine "all search terms" number with "some search terms" number?

Hi Zoom.

I have a php site and am wondering if there is a way to combine the separate totals of "all search terms" and "some search terms" into a single total not differentiating the two? See the attached screenshot for clarification.

I don't think it makes sense to combine them.
The 8 results are a sub-set of the 10 results. There aren't 18 different results.
