CD/DVD Search Setup ... NEED ASSISTANCE

I am looking at both Zoom and FlyingAnt to be able to create searchable CDs. I am flipping back and forth between the pages on the site looking for straight forward instructions on what I need exactly (do I need both Zoom and FlyingAnt or just on efrthe other) and how I can create a searchable CD. The site is kind of confusing...at least for me to follow along with to get the index created from the content and then burned to a CD/DVD. I seem to understand the basic steps of what needs done, but I am having no success. Anyone have any step-by-step instructions?

Yes you need both FlyingAnt and Zoom if you pick that option (see the page above).
