Search Input Box Not Showing

Sorry to post something so basic, but have no one to double check my code. Here are 2 pages to view;


http://www.minieriassociates.com/Ind...newsearch.html is where I am attempting to add the search feature to my standard page format. The issue is that the SEARCH BOX etc. does NOT appear.

http://www.minieriassociates.com/Indexing/search.html is essentially the original search_template.html file. It appears to be fine.

What do I have incorrect on the NEWSEARCH page?

You have multiple HTML and HEAD tags on your newsearch.html page among numerous other errors. I would start by correcting those issues and making sure your page contains valid HTML. You can check your page using the W3C validator at https://validator.w3.org/
