File Hierarchy

Hello,

I am looking to index a large amount of files with zoom search. The files are already in a hierarchy of folders. Will pointing zoom search to the directory that contains all the other directories index through the directories or do I have to condense all the folders. Is there a way to maintain the file structure?

There are two indexing modes. Spider mode and offline mode.

In spider mode URL links are followed.
In offline mode the indexer recursively searches all the sub-folders under the starting folder.
